Who will call you for the phone interview?
Once your Recruiter has submitted your file to the facility, your file will be reviewed by the Hiring Manager at the facility and will be taken into consideration for the position you were submitted to. At this point, either the Hiring Manager or Manager of the unit will give you a call to interview if they are interested in speaking with you.

After submission, please wait up to 48 hours to be called for an interview by the Hiring Manager or Unit Manager. During your interview, please be prepared to discuss the details of the unit, the assignment, your background and the unit expectations. This is your opportunity to ask your questions too.
After your interview, the Manager will give you a verbal offer or call your Recruiter directly with an offer. Good Luck!
